🥄 How to Use:
Eat raw, or lightly roast at 130°C for 10–15 minutes to deepen the flavour and loosen the shell. Once roasted, crack the beans to remove the husk and enjoy the nibs inside. Great on-the-go, or stirred into anything from granola to your morning smoothie.
