Orders placed over the weekend will begin being processed on Mondays. You won’t have to wait long to get your hands on your selected goods.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please check your inbox for it. The e-mail will list the products you have bought, your order total, the billing and delivery address.
Please select your items carefully and make sure your delivery details are correct. If anything is wrong, please email us at info@jungledelicacy.com immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If you went through our entire checkout process and confirmed an order we may be unable to cancel it. This is due to our system immediately sending your order through to our fulfilment partner. We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details and possible loss of package due to incorrect order details. If your order has been fulfilled, please allow for the item(s) to be delivered and leave unopened so we can provide you with a return shipping label.
TRACKING
All orders come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam folder too. Please contact us at info@jungledelicacy.com if you have not received a tracking number for your order. The shipping confirmation email contains your order tracking number.
DELIVERY TIMES
If in stock and not on pre-order all orders will be processed and dispatched within the next business day. Once we have processed your order within 1-2 business days, it will be delivered within 3-5 business days depending on the country. We cannot guarantee the delivery time as we depend on the relevant parcel delivery service. In the unlikely event that your order has taken longer than standard delivery times, please feel free to email info@jungledelicacy.com we will help you investigate your case.
If you have ordered two or more items from us please note that they may be fulfilled and sent separately and reach you at different times.
Please note that international parcels may need extra time for delivery due to customs clearance rules and procedures. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred during shipment, when required by your country to import the consumer goods you ordered. This may be required by the courier to release the package. Costs vary around the world, so unfortunately we cannot provide information in advance. As a customer, please do your research ahead of time to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package.
NON-DELIVER OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS
If you are out when the parcel arrives, your courier will leave a card telling you how to re-arrange delivery or where to collect your order.
We are not responsible for incorrect address information and possible package loss.
We do not reimburse costs for items that have not been collected or delivered. If a package is marked undeliverable, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the responsible courier. We do not refund the process for lost, unclaimed or undelivered items. If a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed it is the customer‘s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
If you refuse to pay the customs clearance fee upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be destroyed or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense and no refunds will be made. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Jungle Delicacy is not responsible for packages that are reported as stolen, lost or undelivered and is under no obligation to refund or credit these packages. It is our utmost hope that the package is delivered safely and handled with care but we are not held accountable for the problems arising with courier and local customs. ORDER DELAYED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
Although we are quoted 3-5 business days for delivery by the shipping provider, sometimes life happens and they are not able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may be updated to advise of a “delayed” delivery date.
If your item still has not been delivered within 10 business days, please get in touch with us and we can help you launch an investigation with the shipping provider.
*Please note: Once we pass your Jungle Delicacy order to the shipping stage, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating however, once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by the shipping provider. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.
CANCELATION
Due to a change of mind, you may contact us at info@jungledelicacy.com to request cancellation after placing an order. Your request will be processed and if and only if the order is not yet dispatched, we will be able to cancel your order and refund the payments. We cannot make any cancellations after your order is dispatched. In case your order has already been fulfilled, your items will have to be sent back to us once it reaches you (read more in Returns and Refunds).
