You have 14 days to initiate the return procedure. For this, make sure you take three steps:
1) read the information below to clarify if you are eligible for the return
2) contact us at info@jungledelicacy with your return request
3) receive the two assets from us: shipping label and return form
NOTE. Please DO NOT proceed with the return by yourself without contacting us and receiving the two assets from us first.
NOTE. Please DO NOT return the product to the listed company address as this is our head office where we do not receive parcels. Please also note that the sender’s address is NOT our warehouse for receiving parcels and we cannot receive parcels there.
NOTE. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
Please, check the sections below to see if you are eligible for the return. Once the claim is approved, we will ask you to send your items back to one of our dispatch points. Please note that the Customer will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.

We make sure that each product is being shipped in well-protected packaging. Yet sometimes these things happen! We will happily refund or replace any defective or broken item if the defect is proven to be detected upon arrival. If the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 5 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements for damaged goods will not be made if not reported within 5 days of delivery of the product to you. We will ask you for photographs and video (if applicable) to help us ascertain the problem and make sure we prevent it from happening in the future. We will provide the return instructions. Depending on the damage, we may send you a replacement or give you a full refund. Within 30 days of delivery, you will need to return the item to us. When sending the item back, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds for faulty or damaged goods will be made to the same bank card you made the payment for your purchase.
The Customer may return Products that were received in a faulty or damaged condition, save through fault of the Customer, within 30 days of the delivery of the Products, and the Company shall either replace the Products or issue the Customer with a partial or full refund. Faults or product quality issues occurring or reported after 30 days will be dealt with under our terms and conditions and applicable consumer law.
We offer a 14-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back within 14 days of receiving it. However, as they are consumable goods and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if the Products remain unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is confirmed received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, then your refund of the purchasing amount (including any transport costs for the outward shipment) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt confirmation and returned item inspection.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
You may return Products that are not faulty or damaged, but only in case Products remain clean, unused, in a strictly unopened original outer packaging and in their original complexion (and such being accepted as suitable for re-sale by the Company, at its sole discretion) and that have not since been re-sold by the Customer, within 30 days of the original purchase of the Products by the Customer, and the Company may then issue the Customer with a product exchange, a full or partial refund.
We will accept returns from the person who bought the item. We cannot accept returns from another person even if he/she got it as a gift.
We have the right to not refund a customer if:
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely depend on your location. We strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance when returning a product. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) in the state that you sent them out.
