This one’s a no-brainer if you love chocolate and want something light, warming, and good for your gut and mind.
Cacao husk tea has this subtle chocolate aroma with notes of honey, caramel, and a touch of roasted depth. No sugar, no caffeine, but still gives you that gentle lift from the theobromine in cacao — without the jitters. Perfect for a calm start or a slow wind-down.

🔪 What You’ll Need

• 2 tsp (around 4–5g) cacao husk tea (we use Jungle Delicacy’s)
• 150ml boiling water
• Optional extras:
  • Slice of orange or lemon
  • Few lemon verbena leaves
  • Small piece of ginger (grated)
  • Teaspoon of honey (great if you’re serving it iced)
• A teapot, cafetière, or any infuser

☕ How to Brew It – Hot Version

1. Toss 2 teaspoons of cacao husk tea into your teapot or infuser.
2. Pour over boiling water (around 150ml per serving).
3. Let it steep for 4–5 minutes. Want it stronger? Go longer.
4. Pour it out, inhale the chocolatey steam, and sip slow.
