To help us provide an optimal site and service and increase the speed of downloading our site, we collect the following information in aggregate form: operating system (e.g. Macintosh, Windows – Mac/PC), browser type (e.g. Navigator, Internet Explorer), IP address and internet domain. Indicated delivery times are estimates only and Jungle Delicacy shall not be liable for any delays except to the extent caused intentionally or negligently by Jungle Delicacy.
Subject to the other provisions of these terms and conditions, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss (which all terms and conditions include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, reduction in goodwill and/or similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused, directly or indirectly, by any delay in the delivery of the Products.
If, for any reason, the Customer does not accept delivery of any of the Products when they are ready for delivery, or if Jungle Delicacy is unable to deliver the Products on time because the Customer has not provided appropriate instructions, documents or authorizations:
Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Customer at the moment the goods are delivered. If the Customer is not present to receive the goods at the agreed-upon delivery time, or if the Customer has not provided adequate delivery instructions to facilitate the delivery process, the risk passes to the Customer at the point in time when Jungle Delicacy attempts to deliver the Products.
