Fruit & Yoghurt Bowl with Cacao Nibs
This one’s a go-to in our house. Quick, fresh, and hits that perfect balance between sweet, creamy, and crunchy. The cacao nibs? That’s the real game-changer here. Deep flavour, real texture, and packed with nutrients. No fluff—just a good bowl that works any day of the week.
🥣 Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 200g natural yoghurt (plant-based or dairy, whatever you’ve got)
- A handful of seasonal fruit — think:
- Spring/Summer: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches
- Autumn/Winter: apple, pear, mandarin, pomegranate, fig
- 1 tbsp Jungle Delicacy cacao nibs – the crunchy, chocolatey star of the show
- 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, or almonds)
- 1 tsp Jungle Delicacy coconut sugar jaggery – optional, if your fruit isn’t sweet enough
👨🍳 Method
- Scoop the yoghurt into a bowl.
- Slice your fruit and throw it on top.
- Sprinkle with cacao nibs, nuts, and coconut flakes.
- Finish with a little jaggery if you like a touch of caramel sweetness.
- Grab a spoon. That’s it.
